Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PixelWalls handles, why it is used, which service providers support the platform and what choices may be available to users.

1. Scope and who we are

PixelWalls provides a searchable library of free and premium wallpapers, category resources, editorial guides, account features, premium purchase functionality and a contact form. This Privacy Policy applies when you browse pixel-walls.com, create or use an account, unlock a premium wallpaper, access My Vault or send a message through the website.

The platform is operated by PixelWalls and founded by Nitin Tomar. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page or by email to nitintomar3576@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account registration may require a name, email address and password. Login and signup requests are sent to the PixelWalls backend. Passwords should be handled by the authentication system and must never be submitted through the public contact form. When you contact PixelWalls, the website stores the name, email address, message text, a generated message identifier and a creation time so the enquiry can be reviewed.

Purchase and account records

When a signed-in user starts a premium wallpaper purchase, PixelWalls sends the backend the user identifier, wallpaper identifier and amount needed to create an order. The platform may receive and store an order reference, payment status and a relationship between the account and the unlocked wallpaper. PixelWalls does not need the complete payment card number, card security code or banking password used with the payment provider.

Technical and usage information

Web servers, analytics or advertising providers may process information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate region, referring page, pages visited, interaction timing and diagnostic events. The website may also store account tokens, basic user information, a purchase-related wallpaper identifier and interface preferences in browser storage where required for functionality.

3. How information is used

PixelWalls uses information to provide and secure the website; create and authenticate accounts; maintain signed-in sessions; create, verify and restore premium purchases; display unlocked wallpapers in My Vault; respond to support, business and rights enquiries; investigate errors or abuse; understand how the public experience performs; and improve search, content, categories, accessibility and device support.

Information may also be used to comply with applicable law, enforce the Terms and Conditions, protect users and the platform, address intellectual-property concerns or establish and defend legal claims. PixelWalls does not ask users to provide more information than is reasonably needed for the relevant feature.

4. Cookies, local storage, analytics and advertising

Cookies and similar technologies can remember sessions, measure website activity and support advertising. PixelWalls uses browser local storage for authentication tokens, basic signed-in user details and limited purchase-flow state. Removing local storage may sign you out or remove temporary information from the current browser, but it does not necessarily delete server-side account or purchase records.

PixelWalls may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and interaction patterns. Google AdSense or related advertising technology may use cookies or device signals to deliver, measure and personalize advertising, subject to Google's policies and any consent controls required in the visitor's region. Users can review Google advertising choices at Google Ads Settings. Browser settings may also block or remove cookies, although some features can stop working correctly.

5. Service providers and external processing

Cloudinary

Wallpaper images are hosted through Cloudinary. When an image loads, Cloudinary may receive technical request information such as IP address, device or browser data and the requested image URL. PixelWalls uses Cloudinary transformations to serve responsive preview images while retaining the original asset for downloads.

Cashfree

Cashfree supports payment order creation and checkout for premium wallpaper unlocks. Payment information entered into Cashfree's checkout is handled under Cashfree's own terms and privacy practices. PixelWalls receives only the information needed to identify and verify the order and associate a successful purchase with the relevant account and wallpaper.

Hosting, backend and analytics providers

The website and backend may rely on hosting, content delivery, logging, security, analytics and advertising services. Those providers process information on PixelWalls' behalf or under their own policies as necessary to deliver their service. PixelWalls may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and platform integrity.

6. Data retention and security

PixelWalls keeps account and purchase information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide account access, restore premium content, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal or operational obligations. Contact messages are retained until they are no longer needed for support, product feedback, business communication or rights review and can be deleted through the admin system. Technical logs and analytics data may follow the retention periods configured by the relevant provider.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Users should choose a strong unique password, protect access to their email account and device, and avoid sending passwords, one-time codes or complete payment credentials through the contact form.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability regarding personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by identity verification, legal obligations, transaction record requirements, security needs or legitimate claims.

You can control cookies and local storage through browser settings, adjust advertising preferences through provider controls and stop using the service. To make a privacy request, contact PixelWalls with enough information to identify the relevant account or message. Do not send a password or sensitive payment information. PixelWalls may ask for additional non-sensitive verification before acting on an account-related request.

8. Children’s privacy

PixelWalls is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek personal information from them. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, they should contact PixelWalls so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.

9. International use and policy changes

PixelWalls is accessible internationally, so information may be processed in countries where service providers operate. Privacy protections can differ between jurisdictions. This policy may be updated when the platform, providers, laws or data practices change. The revised date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website when appropriate.

10. Contact information

Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the PixelWalls contact form or sent to nitintomar3576@gmail.com. Include the relevant account email or message context, but never include your password, complete card number, CVV or one-time password.
