Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how PixelWalls may be used, what the wallpaper license permits, how premium unlocks work and what responsibilities apply to users and the platform.

1. Agreement and platform description

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and PixelWalls when you access pixel-walls.com, create an account, browse content, download a free wallpaper, unlock premium content, use My Vault or send a message. PixelWalls is a wallpaper and content platform offering searchable collections, dedicated wallpaper pages, guides and free or premium downloads for personal screens.

PixelWalls may update these terms when the platform, pricing, licensing practices, service providers or applicable requirements change. The date shown at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

2. Acceptable use

You may use PixelWalls for lawful personal browsing, account management and wallpaper downloads. You must not interfere with the website, backend, payment flow, admin system, Cloudinary assets or other users. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, bypassing premium restrictions, abusing APIs, introducing malware, scraping at a level that harms the service, automating fraudulent purchases, impersonating another person or using the contact form for spam or harassment.

You must not use PixelWalls content or infrastructure to build a competing wallpaper library, train or supply an image redistribution service, remove ownership or licensing notices, or falsely claim that PixelWalls or its founder endorses another product. Reasonable search-engine indexing and ordinary sharing of links to public pages are permitted.

3. Wallpaper license

What the standard license allows

Unless a specific wallpaper page states otherwise, a download gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file as a personal background on devices you own or control. You may crop or resize the wallpaper for that screen and use it in a personal screenshot where the wallpaper is incidental rather than the primary distributed asset.

What the standard license does not allow

You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, re-upload or make the wallpaper available as a standalone file. You may not include it in a wallpaper app, stock library, template pack, digital collectible, print-on-demand product or other collection for distribution. You may not claim ownership of the underlying artwork, remove embedded rights information where present or use the file as a trademark or brand identity without written permission.

Commercial use is not automatically granted by a free or premium download. Contact PixelWalls before using an image in advertising, merchandise, packaging, client work, media production or another revenue-generating context. A premium unlock changes access to the file; it does not automatically expand the standard personal-use license.

4. User accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and protecting access to your email account and device. You must not share an account to avoid a premium purchase or use another person's account without authorization. Notify PixelWalls if you reasonably believe an account has been compromised.

PixelWalls uses the account identifier to retrieve purchase records for My Vault. Removing local browser storage can sign the current browser out, but it does not necessarily erase backend account or purchase information. Account features may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or security investigations.

5. Premium content and unlocks

Premium wallpapers are clearly labelled in the library and detail page. The displayed unlock price applies to the selected wallpaper at the time the order is created. A completed premium purchase is intended to unlock that wallpaper for the signed-in account and make it available through My Vault after payment verification and backend recording are complete.

A premium purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright. It provides access under the same standard personal-use license unless a separate written license states otherwise. PixelWalls may change which future wallpapers are free or premium, but a properly recorded completed purchase should remain associated with the account subject to these terms and continued platform operation.

6. Payments, verification and refund policy

Cashfree supports payment processing. By starting checkout, you may also be subject to Cashfree's terms and privacy practices. PixelWalls sends the backend the amount, wallpaper identifier and signed-in user identifier needed to create and verify an order. Do not refresh or close the page while a payment is actively being processed unless the checkout instructs you to do so.

If payment is charged but the wallpaper does not appear in My Vault, contact PixelWalls with the account email, Cashfree order reference and wallpaper link. Do not send a complete card number, CVV, banking password or one-time password. PixelWalls will review the payment status and purchase record.

Because premium wallpapers are digital content made available after successful verification, completed and delivered unlocks are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where PixelWalls confirms a duplicate charge, technical failure or other valid error. Requests should be made promptly and include enough information to identify the transaction. Any approved refund may remove access to the associated premium wallpaper.

7. Availability, changes and disclaimers

PixelWalls is provided on an “as available” basis. The platform aims to maintain accurate metadata, dependable downloads and secure purchase handling, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, universal device compatibility, a perfect crop on every operating system or freedom from all errors. Wallpaper appearance varies with display calibration, aspect ratio, launcher behavior, compression and system settings.

PixelWalls may add, edit, reorganize or remove public content; change search and category features; perform maintenance; or discontinue features. Where practical, the platform will preserve valid account and purchase functionality, but third-party services such as hosting, Cloudinary, Cashfree, analytics and advertising can experience outages or policy changes beyond PixelWalls' direct control.

The PixelWalls name, website design, written content, organization, code and wallpaper collection are protected by applicable rights held by PixelWalls, its licensors or relevant creators. Some images may be created with tools or workflows that permit their intended use. PixelWalls does not knowingly intend to host material that violates another person's rights.

If you believe a wallpaper or other content infringes your rights, send a notice through the contact page with the exact URL, identification of the protected work, an explanation of your rights or authorization, reliable contact details and a good-faith statement. PixelWalls may remove or restrict content while reviewing a credible report.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelWalls and its founder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website, inability to access the service, device settings, third-party providers, unauthorized account access caused by user credential handling or use of a wallpaper outside its license. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

PixelWalls may restrict or terminate access when a user violates these terms, attempts fraud, bypasses premium controls, threatens security, abuses other people or exposes the platform to legal risk. Where appropriate, access may also be limited while an incident is investigated. Provisions concerning licensing restrictions, ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.

11. Governing principles and severability

These terms are intended to operate under applicable law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply, and the affected provision should be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its original purpose. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

12. Contact information

Questions about these terms, licenses, premium unlocks or rights concerns can be sent through the PixelWalls contact page or emailed to nitintomar3576@gmail.com. Include the relevant page, wallpaper ID or order reference when applicable.
